We've just had a great experience the team at Prokil. The price seemed reasonable from the initial quote so we went ahead. The team was very careful in setting up to protect our furniture and cleaned up before they left, although it was still dusty afterwards, they did mentioned it would be like that. We're very happy with the finish and with the overall interaction.

So I went to Prokil because of their long history and positive reviews. However, Prokil Kensington is owned by a man called Wei who comes out to inspect the property. It is a franchise. He has two years experience and was trained by Prokil Bournemouth, not an accredited university. When I asked them to clarify they told me I was welcome to go elsewhere. When I then asked for a guarantee in case it didn’t work, I never heard from them again. I will not be using them. Make your own mind up, but for me none of these things engender confidence in the organisation or the individual.

I recently had Prokil come around to check out some damp and mould. The surveyor was informative and polite. He explained why I was having the issues and gave me advice on what I needed to do to resolve them- It turned out I didn’t need any work done. Very honest, would recommend to anyone and definitely would use them in the future if needs be.
